Howto contact aur pkgbuild maintainers
the topic says it all
Is it possible to contact other people in aur to possibly add patches or changes to their packages ?

The usual way would be to post a comment in aur page for the given package. There should also be an email address for the package maintainer inside the PKGBUILD file.
