Partition table changed, how to make arch boot correctly?

I had these partitions and filesystems before
ntfs ntfs ntfs ntfs rfs rfs rfs swap
the first rfs is (hd0,7) with grub installed and mount as /boot
and then I deleted the 4th ntfs partition. the /boot became (hd0,6). I edit menu.1st and change root (hd0,7) to (hd0,6)
the kernel boot correctly. but it stucked while checking filesystem.
it says /sda7 /sda8 is clean. But root should be check by myself. I run fsck and reboot. It still do not work.

What is wrong? Please help me!:(

My English is poor, sorry. Hope you can understand.

Try booting a livecd like Parted Magic, then check your /etc/fstab file. Make sure all the devices are being mounted in the right location.
