I have a crap load of lib32 libraries because of Flash 10 so I can't give you an exact list. So, grab skype-staticqt from one of the 32 bit repos. Install all of the lib32 counterparts for the main package listed here:

So, alsa-lib will be lib32-alsa-lib and so on. You'll need to have community enabled to do this.

I hope that this isn't (too) off-topic, but are there any viable alternatives to Skype or plans to support it natively on x86_64? In "alternatives", I would include any p2p voIP application (i.e. also apps that aren't dependent on a central server).

Wengophone and Ekiga are two that I've played with before.

Yes does skype will be fully 64bit? That would be great. I imagine days when whole world would use 64bit software, and 32bit would be deprecated like now 16bit

There was, and maybe still is, a Skype dev floating around here somewhere. He said that they are working on it. But, if memory serves me well, I think that the number of people working on the Linux client may amount to only one!
