[SOLVED] Lyx - export to PDF problem (cm-super-t1.enc missing)

When I try to export my lyx document to pdf (pdflatex), I get the following message:

File does not exist:
/tmp/lyx_tmpdir6666NNbGFY/lyx_tmpbuf0/Draft_mk_2.pdf

So I went into that directory and looked at Draft_mk_2.log:

!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file cm-super-t1.enc): cannot open encoding file for reading
 ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!

I uninstalled and reinstalled lyx, made sure I had the latest version (1.5.5-1), made sure I had t1lib and t1 utils, etc. But locate still doesn't find the missing file on my system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It belongs to texlive-fontsextra and is in:

/usr/share/texmf-dist/fonts/enc/dvips/cm-super/cm-super-t1.enc

You may need to reconfigure LyX after it's installed. I don't remember where the option is though.
