I cant boot up anymore, when ArchLinux starts it says:
:: Using static /dev filesystem
...
:: Mounting Root Read-only
Cannot access the hardware Clock via any known method
:: Mounting Local Filesystems
mount point /dev/pts does not exist
mount point /dev/shm does not exist
then a lot of this:
/etc/rc.sysinit: line 359: /dev/vc/1 2 3 4 and so on No such file or directory.
Can anyone help me please?

What have you done before? And no, a simple reboot doesn't cause this.

initscripts-fbsplash? You mean initscripts-splash, right? So you installed http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=13541 (fbsplash)? Well, that's a non-trivial package with deep modifications to the boot process. According to the AUR comments it's also riddled with problems, needs a new maintainer, and will most probably break whenever default core packages like klibc/udev/initscripts get modified.
Best advice would be to stay clear from such patches until some Arch developer will take care of official packages.
