Cannot Access The Internet Using Konqueror

Hello once again, i did a double post with different topic for specific help... Since this is my first actual desktop using KDE, I did encounter and had the option to use konqueror KDE's default web browser.  Since I've used xfce4 before kde on arch, I've managed to used firefox then... Now that I'm on KDE konqueror doesn't seem to connect to the internet but firefox does...  How do I resolve this?? thanks...I'm still using arch64
