Either wait for your mirror to sync (from memory these packages were moved from [testing] to [core] recently) or try another mirror.

I was afraid someone was going to say that, at least I tried two mirrors before posting.
Is there any way to know when your selected repo is updating? A schedule? Update in progress flag?

When you changed the mirror, did you for a refresh of the pacman database (pacman -Syy)?
