How to install Firefox 3 from source using abs

Hello everyone, I've just downloaded firefox from this link.

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

It seems that it can be run automatically after extracting via terminal.

The prob is it won't run on my part.  Is this because I'm using a 64bit system? sad
If you ever had the latest source code of firefox pls gve me the link and installation procedures also.

Thanks

What exactly are you trying to achieve that "pacman -S firefox" does not?

Re: How to install Firefox 3 from source using abs

Well it would be ok for me if the firefox installed on my Arch System is really Mozilla-Firefox not Gran Paradiso which is slow IMO.

Please help me noble developers and Arch Gurus....:(

And please help me with my Konqueror browser because it can't connect to the internet while firefox does...

Thanks for the reply

You do realize that Gran Paradiso is just Firefox with non-offical branding.  If you really want branding, try firefox-branded from the AUR.
