I just started having this problem after installing x64 version. It wont set the display 100% whenever I start xfce4. At first I thought it was because I started xfce4 too fast after boot, but that was wrong. Its always 1/2 inch to the left. I tried some tricks like xvidtune but when I try to move it to the right it says the modline is not possible or supported by hardware.
