I install arch from the latest .img (cdrom install on a usb key).
I reboot, it's works.
I update the system, and install gnome gnome-extra xorg and nvidia. Then I reboot and I have
::Loadgin Initramfs
/init: 36: replace: not found
/init: 36: replace: not found
export: 36: : bad variable name
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
I retry, same operation -> same problem.
What can I do ?

When you update, read through the output, especially the warnings. Critical system packages sometimes require you to update your settings. You can also check /var/log/pacman.log.

Have you tried booting from the live-cd, chrooting into your installation and rebuilding your initramfs?

Ok. I did:
boot from live-cd (ubuntu 8.something)
sudo mount my arch system
chroot
pacman -U kernel26-blabla
it was mad about sys directory, but ended successfully
restart
and...
it started!
again pacman -U kernelxxx
restart
and i have working arch with awful kde
i dont know what was wrong!
