this probably applies to other languages too.
when doing a full system update with pacman -Syu, and pacman finds a new version of itself it will ask the user in german if he wants to install it first, asking for the input [Y/n]. however, "Y" doesn't work, instead you have to enter "J" (german for Ja meaning Yes).

I'm in the process of translating pacman into Serbian, and I've also run into these kind of a problems. May we request the devs to add ability to bind more keys "Yes" and "No" questions? For example, I think You should be able answer "Yes" with both "Y" and "J"...

Can you please file a bug report for this? I can remember this being one of the translation problems with the 3.1 release and maybe that one was missed...
Edit: On second thoughts, you were updating pacman so this may be fixed in the latest version.
