Weird kde issue
When I start kde, this splash or whatever it's called appears, and the harddisk icon appears, and then it stops up. All I can do is restart the xserver.
Anyone know whats wrong?

If it is the first time you start kde, you should wait litle longer, it means the config files are created.
If it ain't broke, broke it then fix it.

I had the same problem some days ago. Deleting the file ".ICEauthority" in my home folder solved it.
