Amarok2 + Mysql

Hi guys,

The Amarok2 team has decided to move from Sqlite to Mysql embedded as backend for Amarok2.
I've been running SVN and noticed that Amarok2 cannot compile anymore as the Mysql provided by Archlinux is built without the -embedded-server options.

I'd like to know if this will change in future?  I assume it will as that is the only way Amarok2 will be able to be in the tree.

Thanks :]

Based on abs, it looks like it does include the --with-embedded-server flag (you can see it here too)

Re: Amarok2 + Mysql

Oh cool.

I've removed my CMake* files from the svn tree and did a svn up again, and now it doesn't complain about mysql embedded libs not found anymore.

Sorry for the false alarm then.

Cheers
