[ArchPPC] xf86-video-r128 conflicts with xorg-server?!

Hi

Started a fresh build of ArchPPC on an iMac G3 yesterday and have run into an issue.  It seems that the new xf86-video-r128 is conflicting with xorg-server-1.5.1.  I've taken a quick look at the PKGBUILD in CVS and found this:

From extra/x11-drivers/xf86-video-r128/PKGBUILD

makedepends=('pkgconfig' 'xorg-server>=1.5.0' 'imake' 'mesa>=7.2' 'xorg-headers' 'diffutils')
conflicts=('xorg-server<=1.5.1')

Shurely shome mishtake?

I've tried rebuilding the package without the conflicts line.  It compiles but causes X to segfault.  I'm currently at work so I can't give you the exact error message I get at the moment.

Any thoughts, anyone?

New xorg-server changed some things.  My guess is the driver you're trying isn't compatible smile  Of course!
But, there should be a new, compatible option for you.
Maybe this can help?  http://www.x.org/wiki/Releases/7.4

Maybe there's a newer version of your driver in testing?
