Keeping my partition

so ive read both the beginner's guide part about installation and the installation guide but could not find the answer to this

when im installing how do i keep my windows partition that i need for school and gaming?

It's been a while since I do a fresh Arch install but I bielive you arrange the partition entirely by your self with either fdisk or cfdisk. So simply don't touch the Windows partition then.

It will appear as an NTFS partition. Unless you use FAT, of course.
