I just installed a fresh copy of Arch x64, compiled e1000e 4.1.7 drivers from Intel's site and started to update my system when somethin wierd happened - gcc will not download. Not matter what I try, it just hangs at 0%. The network connection works perfectly, except it will not download this file only. I am behind a router, so I tried bypassing it, but it doesn't help. I have also left the update running overnight, but that doesn't help either - it doesn't do anything or report any error. I am at a loss here, and would really appreciate some help. My hardware:
Thinkpad T400
P8600
X4500MHD
Intel 82567 (e1000e)
Atheros AR5006EG & AR5008E-3NX
Linksys WRT350N v1 running DD-WRT v24 SP1

Have you tried changing your mirror in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist ?

I did, it doesn't help. I can't download the file manually on Ubuntu either, it just stalls ~60% in, which means it isn't Arch. Trying Windows next.
Edit:
I retried a few more times with Ubuntu, it did grab it. Hopefully, the problem is over.
