It looks like you just need to wait for the KDEMod guys to finish updating their packages.  Maybe you should try on the KDEMod forum/bugtracker.

nevermind previous reply.. what are you trying to install?  it sounds like you're installing either kde vanilla on top of kdemod, or viceversa.  are you trying to run kdemod3 or 4?

i was going to try to install compiz-fusion but then I encountered a problem in pacman and it could not continue because of missing dependency or smt.

You need to file a bug report with the KDEMod guys.  This is their packages causing the problem.
