Flash 10 Transparent Background

One of the fixes for Flash 10 for Linux was (I though) transparent backgrounds in Flash.  Well, on my 32-bit install on my laptop, Flash 10 has a transparent background.  On my 64-bit desktopit still does not with Flash 10.  Has anyone else experienced this?
