problem on xfce4 after upgrade

well i update my system using pacman -Syu and my icon dont appear and the buttons of my windows doesn't works, and some program dont enter like thunar that is the terminal send when i try to open thunar.
Thunar-ERROR **: Failed to load fallback icon from "/usr/share/pixmaps/Thunar/Thunar-fallback-icon.png" (Unrecognized image file format). Check your installation!

Hi Cerbereus,

My arch system is updated and running xfce4 (precisely 4.4.2-1) with Thunar 0.9.0 and I don't have that problem reported by you. Supposing you have your system at the same level, lets try to identify what is going on with your system ;-)

1) Can you check if libpng >= 1.2.32-1 is installed? use this command and check out the what was printed:

pacman -Q | grep png

Oi ccosta, well i do taht u said and appear this on console
libpng 1.2.32-1
as i see is teh same as u, is kinda weird teh problem i have i think i already reinstall the libpng on any case and still having the same problem .

Yes nasum is happen the same to me well at less is good to know that im not the only one but im been trying to search any solution, i didnt get lucky just wait for the comunity maybe someone can help us.

Nasum, nice to know its fixed for you. Can you share what is the xfce level running on your box? I'm supposing you are using 4.4.2-1 too.

Cerbereus, can you try to upgrade your system again? please, use the official server instead your preferred mirror. New packages may can take a while to get mirrored for all mirrors in the world ;-)

Yes the update fix it and also show more icon that didnt show before good to know that si working now ty for ur help xD well i try to not use the offical repo for save bandwith but i will stay with this one, Thank you for help Nasum and ccosta.
