gstreamer confilct?

hi guys. i came up with this problem .any ideas?

Do a "pacman -Qo <filename>" to see what package the conflict is with.  If it is no package, then it is safe to delete the file and do your update.  If not, file a bug report.

That plugin moved from gst-plugins-base to gst-plugins-ugly because it's GPL licensed. I didn't add conflicts because I would expect people to do full upgrades instead of running a new gstreamer0.10-base with an older gstreamer0.10-base-plugins.
