Gnome 2.24 brightness "splash" doesn't appears

Gnome brightness "splash" doesn't appears when we adjust the bright with shortcut buttons (like fn+F5 and fn+F6) on my laptop. If you keep pressed, the splash appears, but if only press don't so. The bright level works, just the splash don't appear. On Gnome 2.22 wasn't happen this. Somebody have this issue too?

Exactly the same. No splash, but it works anyway.
