about Computers on Module, Single Board Computer and others daemons

hi folks, I need to build a custom portable device for medicine, it must have bluetooth, wifi, ethernet, good processing power, a flash card for storage, USB interfaces, LCD touchscreen display and no more than 150 mm x 150 mm. It has to run linux, preferible and arch variation. What kind of Computer on Module, Single Board Computer do U recommend me?
