Hi.!
When I run pacman -Syu, the output goes something like this :
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
:: gtk2 conflicts with gail. Remove gail? [Y/n] y
:: qt conflicts with qtmod. Remove qtmod? [Y/n] n
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: qt: conflicts with qtmodBut on doing pacman -R qt, It says that package qt is not found in local db.So how can package that I don't have installed conflict with qtmod.?
BTW, I run -Syu with "--ignoregroup kdemod-complete --ignore kdemod-kde-l10n-en_gb,kdemod-kdelibs,kdemod-extragear-plasmoids" option if that helps....

That is a problem with a package requiring a version of qt not currently provided by qtmod. I guess the KDEmod guys are not quite up to date with the qt package in the main repos. The solution is to wait until they update qtmod.

Ahh...that makes sense.I guess I will update qtmod first and then run -Syu again with kdemod in ignore list.[My bandwidth is too low and kdemod updates are too huge.:rolleyes:]
