[SOLVED] can't send emails from hotmail web interface
hi
hotmail does not recognise my browser and it constantly says i should upgrade, however i have gran paradiso fully upgraded. Whenever i click through and say continue it does not allow me to type emails.
From what I understand gran paradiso is equivilent to the latest version of firefox and so therefore, it should work.
Is there a way in which i would be able to fix this?

Xfs request 'DeliverMessage' failed. Response code: 'Undefined'I don't use hotmail to reply, so it's not a problem for me, but it seems that sending doesn't work you're right.
EDIT : Rectification, sending works... just forget about the warning.

The warning is caused by the fact that Gran Paradiso sends a different user agent string than regular Firefox. There are extensions to change it, as well as firefox-branded in the AUR.

The problem is I don't actually get the box to type the body of my message, but I do get the subject and address box. I am able to send the message without any text in the body.

Just change in about:config general.useragent.extra.firefox to Firefox/3.0.3 
EDIT: That solved the prob on several rigs so far.. fucking GranParadiso UserAgent and/or Hotmail lol
