After installing the german localization it seems that it is very incomplete... large parts of kde are not localized.
It feels really funny, for example there is a "Remove this Kontrollleiste" in the panel menu.
Is s.th. going wrong with my installation? KDE is really strong in germany... I can't believe that it is not fully localized...

You are right, the german translation is nearly complete: http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kde4/team/de/
But I saw many bad translations like yours often, too. Don't know why, maybe you can look in the translation
docs if they are wrong translated and make a bug report to bugs.kde.org.
