Separating (/home) from ( / )

Hello everyone, I am planning to make an actual partition for my /home but the problem is I've configured my system to have to partitions only
/ (ext3)
/var (reiserfs)

How can I  have another partition for my /home?

Here's a Ubuntu HowTo, but it'll work on Arch just the same:
