[SOLVED] How to disable Alt-Shift as Sticky Alt Gr?

Only recently found out why I sometimes get this strange keymap in Openbox...
Seems like Alt-Shift toggles AltGr On/Off...

Is there any way to disable this functionality? I enable it accidentaly quite frequently and I don't need it since I have a dedicated AltGr key

Edit: just in case somebody else runs into this.. for some reason I had the following in my xorg.conf:

Section "InputDevice"
       Identifier  "Keyboard0"
[...]
        Option      "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"
