Cfdisk reports error!

I had vista preinstalled on my pc, I just decided to use linux only.
I wiped out the Vista partition (but not my old Arch installation),
I created two partitions one 25gb and another 150gb.

But after formating with gparted it reported in the 25 partition 369mb used and the 150gb partition reported 1gb used.
All this right after partitioning.

Then tried with cfdisk, it reported this error

FATAL ERROR: Bad primary partition 2: Partition ends in the final partial cylind
                          Press any key to exit cfdisk

I have a fat partition (20gb) which I used for backup and a extended partition with
ex3 25gb(arch) and swap.
