The fglrx driver should have some support for mobile chipsets. You'd have to try it to see if it includes yours, since there's been a lot of problems concerning naming inconsistencies between mobile and desktop GPUs. (the mobile 9500 may actually be the same chip as the desktop 9200 was a big one, although I'm not sure I have the numbers right!)
