It took so long to boot (almost 2mins ) and slow udev events......
But I remembered the last install arch was faster,
so I tried to downgrade the kernel(from 2.6.27.4 to 2.6.22.19) and reboot......
After reboot, everything became faster, no errors came in booting and faster udev events.
But when I install kernel-headers, it fails with incompatible glibc.
So are there any problems of mismatch kernel and kernel-headers??
besides, I can't make a custom kernel of 2.6.22 (I had followed the wiki but failed).
Anyone can help ? Thx in advance.

kernel-headers doesn't have to match the kernel-version. there are many threads around where you will find that they are needed to build the glibc.
your problem will probably caused by a kernel driver regression. what kernel module is loaded for your sata bridge?
