"can't locate nls_iso8859_1"

During boot I get an error about "Can't locate nls_iso8859_1" or something very similar to that. I think it may be while it is mounting my ntfs drives. Anybody know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Just needed to add "utf8" to my ntfs hd mounts in my fstab.
