Compiling mess822

Hi,

I do not know if this is relate to Arch64, but since I have a Arch64 system, I post here.
I want to install mess822 (http://cr.yp.to/mess822.html) Because I need it for my mutt setup.
I can not find it in pacman nor AUR, so I try to compile it myself.

I unpack it, and following the INSTALL file, type make.
I get this error message;

What could that be?
