I installed some fonts a while ago. They worked fine untill OpenOffice 3.
The fonts show up in the list, but the Open office doesn't know what they look like, so when I type with them, it's just some standard font.
They work fine in abiword.
I'd reinstall them, but how?

What do you mean with "installed fonts"?
OOo was able to menage systemwide installed fonts from our font-xxx and ttf-xxx packages. And it could handle fonts that were installed with FontOOo into the users homedir. That is deprecated and has been dropped in OOo3.0 so that now only system-fonts are supported.

By installed fonts I was refering to fonts I installed myself. I installed them with the kde font installer, which no longer works in kde4. (I primarily use gnome)
Is there any way I can get these fonts to work?
