I tried Beagle and tracker search utility both failed to start. As per the package information all depended packages are there. catfish depends on either of this. Here I pasted the error for the beagle.
beagle-search
** (/usr/lib/beagle/Beagle.Search.exe:6926): WARNING **: The following assembly referenced from /usr/lib/beagle/Beagle.Search.exe could not be loaded:
Assembly: gnome-sharp (assemblyref_index=11)

The assembly was not found in the Global Assembly Cache, a path listed in the MONO_PATH environment variable, or in the location of the executing assembly (/usr/lib/beagle).

Note: gnome-sharp version installed is gnome-sharp 2.24.0-1 but required is 2.20.0.0. Symbolic link also did not work.(a bad idea)
I used pacman to install these. Any solution pl post.
Thanks for the answer. I compiled the package and is working fine now... Dear arch groups why we don't make the version updates more reliable to the end users. This is my opinion only ![]()

Hi,
Sorry if that looks stupid, but what about "locate" or "find" search utilities ?
