when I install my Arch Linux today and I was doing update of all system....
to next boot I have the following surprise
/bin/bash: error while loading shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory INIT: Entering runlevel: 3
i re-install the Arch Linux and update only ncurses.... and?? have agin error

What version of bash do you have? The Arch bash packages link to the wide character versions of this library so there should not be a problem with the non-wide character library being missing.
The non-wide character libraries are back in ncurses-5.7-2. But again, this should only be needed for binary blobs.

I re-install the arch linux and going upate the bash and fallowing update the ncurses...
Do you think that will work?

That should work. I think a "pacman -Syu" should have been fine. If you want to do it in steps, then "pacman -Sy bash ncurses readline" followed by "pacman -Syu" should be good.

Are you enabling the [testing] repo for your first update? I would update first using the stable repos and the try [testing] once your system is going.

I run "pacman -Sy bash ncurses readline" and reboot and is not problem....
I install now xorg fluxbox mono rdesktop e etc. and no ocurred the problem agin...
P.S: i not use repo testing... like the stable sistem...
