How can I upgrade the packages to the kdemod-unstable versions?

I have kdemod installed (at version 4.1.3), and have added the kdemod-unstable repository, but pacman -Syu does not upgrade any kde packages to 4.1.7. In Shaman, i can see the 4.1.7 packages and can mark them individually for upgrade but I don't think this is the right way to do it.

EDIT - This also happens when installing a new package, as well as upgrading. Is this similar to debian, where you have to specify that you want to use the 'unstable/experimental' repository?

EDIT2 - Solved with pacman -S repo_name/package_name, or changing the order in /etc/pacman.conf
