XDMCP not working with GDM/Gnome

I'm trying to enable XDMCP on GDM and Gnome but it is not working.

Steps to reproduce:
1. I tried to activate XDMCP on Gnome by clicking on System / Administration /
Login Window
2. root password was requested then typed and access was garanted to gdmsetup
3. I clicked in the tab REMOTE and set the style to 'Same as local'.
4. Clicked in close and them restarted Xorg

Using the command lsof -nPi I can see that no UDP port was opened for XDMCP,
like the 177 port that was expected. Another test I do to be sure XDMCP wasn't
working, using another computer and gdm, tried to log to the Mandriva box I've
enabled XDMCP and it is not detected nor connects.

There is no firewall enabled between the two computers. Even if there was a firewall, lsof would still show 177 UDP opened.

Has ever anyone used XDMCP using Arch linux ?
