Unlock button doesnt work

Hello,

I've been problems with policykit with gnome. The button Unlock of, for example, users-admin or time-admin, doesn't able to me. This is grey out and I can't press it. Any sugestion?

This error is related to sudo not keeping XDG_SESSION_COOKIE env variable

Add the following to /etc/sudoers
Defaults env_keep += "XDG_SESSION_COOKIE"

This doesn't seem to fix the problem for me, any other ideas?
