Installation From USB CD-ROM Drive

I'm trying to install ArchLinux from a USB CD-ROM drive, but it keeps giving me GRUB errors. I'm assuming this is because it is expecting the CD to be mounted at a certain location, but since it's on USB, it's being mounted as something else. Is there any way to fix this?

define "grub errors". Also, were you able to start the installer? How far did you get? Explain ^^

Well I was unable to even get to the starting command prompt where you have to login to begin the installation. I get immediately dumped into a grub screen that looks like this:

grub >

I can't do anything to start the installation, it just sits there after it loads the CD.
