[SOLVED] Processor scalling without ethernet connection

I have a problem on my MSI Wind. I can't establish internet connection whenever i have acpi_cpufreq in MODULES in rc.conf (using r8169) I have Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller (rev 02). Any known issue?

I've just figured it out. The module to eth card must be loaded before acpi things. Now  everything works just fine.
