[SOLVED] Lsof?

Trying to update my machine today.  Getting an error on the following package:  lsof-4.81-1

I see it is listed here:
http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/lsof/ <-- version  lsof-4.81-1

but not here:
ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/extra/os/i686/ <-- version  lsof-4.80-1

and none of the mirrors have lsof-4.81-1

Re: [SOLVED] Lsof?

All of those packages were released in the last few hours.  Perhaps the mirrors just need a bit of time to sync.

It looks like package uploading has failed

Re: [SOLVED] Lsof?

I'm having that with xulrunner and some other packages too, it's getting pretty annoying TBH. I'm using yaourt -Sb to build them through ABS, it's getting the latest versions just taking a while to compile tongue I'm impatient though, try again later today or tomorrow and it should probably work. I don't wanna wait till then tongue

There are currently some problem with the db update script on the server. This error is probably caused by that. Wait until it get fixed.

We have to wait.

Re: [SOLVED] Lsof?

This is weird.. I just installed Arch Linux, and can't find lsof. I've tried different mirrors.

# pacman -Sy lsof
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core is up to date
extra is up to date
community is up to date
lsof package not found, searching for group...
error: 'lsof': not found in sync db

edit: Oh, I can't find any extra packages..

Re: [SOLVED] Lsof?

Reviving old threads is generally frowned upon in the Arch forums (see Forum Etiquette). Using an old thread which says [Solved] to ask a new question seems somewhat counterproductive.

Have you tried forcing the download of a new sync db? (pacman -Syy)

Please open a new thread if this doesn't solve your problem.
