Hello, I'm having problems on starting quanta plus on my arch linux box...When i clicked on its link it just shows on my task bar and no window or whatsoever occurs or runs...:/ Am I missing something?

Run it from terminal and post any output/errors you get... the more info you can give us, the more likely someone can come up with a solution.

So you are missing a library. Do
locate libcvsservice.soAnd if you get no results, then you are missing a dep. If you get a result but the number is different, then it needs rebuilt.

libcvsservice.so appears to be part of kdesdk and, according to my research, this is a frequently reported issue.

I tried quanta plus from the AUR and it worked...Never knew why...
