xcompmgr: Screen turns partially black on desktop change (redraw)

As you can see on the picture, some application parts turn black for a few miliseconds when im switching my virtual desktops very fast, with the cursor keys for example. This happens both on my EEE-Pc (intel graphics chip) and my desktop pc (nvidia) with xcompmgr. With composite disabled the windows are drawn correctly from the beginning. Is there any way to disable that behaviour? Have you experienced the same on your configuration?
