Hard disk , CPU, GPU temperature reading DELL XPS M1530

Hi, I have a dell XPS m1530 with intel core 2 duo and nvidia 8600M GT graphics, I am using kdemod4 and I wold like a way to know my HDD, CP and GPU's temperature.
What can I use to find the temperature.
