Moving Openbox windows seems jittery [SOLVED]

I just switched over from E17 to Openbox. When moving Openbox windows fairly quickly, they seem jittery. I know this doesn't happen with E17 or XFCE. Is there some sort of refresh rate setting somewhere?

Ask the right question, get the right answer. Set drag threshold distance to 1 and the problem is solved.
