Kdevelop 4 - Does It Work?

I compiled my own KDE from svn source the other day - KDE 4 that is. It's amazing. I also decided to give Kdevelop 4 a try. Is it just me or is it even functional yet? It looks like the most amazing IDE I've ever seen, but I can't get it to work.
