Now I have exactly the same issue as you
I hope it gets solved soon as in your case
The problem is that
qcatool2 plugins
outputs
Qt Library Paths:
/usr/lib/qt/plugins
/usr/bin
/usr/lib/kde4/plugins
Available Providers:
(none)
And I have installed qca-ossl but it doesn't find it...
It worked before the upadate in qca today
I'll keep trying to find out what happens
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Try running
qcatool2 plugins --debug
instead and check your output.
By the way, I'm having the same issue, but I think in my case it's because I'm using kdemod x86_64 which hasn't updated qtmod yet.
Hope this helps.

Where did you get an updated version of qca-ossl? I'm getting the last version from extra repository and doesn't fix the problem with Kmess
Thanks!

Well, I compiled it myself through ABS, because this way it applies automatically a patch called whirl, and then it works perfectly.
If I install it with pacman -S qca-ossl I get the same error, dunno why
