Make my own livecd? [solved]

Ok so ive got arch just the way I like it.I was wondering about making by own livecd for backup and also to loan to a friend of mine who wants to try it out.
I did a bit of searching and found this: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Building_a_Live_CD but it says the info is out of date. Is there a more up to date guide elsewhere?

May be larch is what you are looking for. It can make live cd from current installation.

Afaik that's what's used to build the official livecd's.
