I want to install GRUB on a flash drive so I can make a multy distro flash key.. Could I just like run the Arch Linux installer and tell it to install grub to a partition on it?

Re: Installing Grub to a USB Flash Key

I'm not sure, but you can have a separate partition for your /boot.  By doing so, you can select your flashdrive as the partition for /boot.

You might want to check this for more info
