finding duplicate files?

is there an easy way i can search my home folder for duplicate files? i know i have a habbit of keeping multiple copies sometimes, so im looking for a way that i can find duplicates, say by file name and size?

i actually ended up finding that last night. i've cleaned out a few gb's of duplicates so far
